These prices are per month.  For example, a 45 minute class is $65 per month.

2016-17 Tuition Information:

TUITION DETAILS

  • Tuition is due each month student is enrolled. August 2016 tuition will be billed at ½ normal monthly rate.
  • First month’s tuition and registration fee are due at time of registration. Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Tuition is calculated by hours of class. Once a certain number of hours of class have been reached, the student will be allowed to enroll in any hours beyond that for no additional charge (excluding any classes that are exact duplicates in Style and Level. Any students enrolled in unlimited classes may take classes that are lower than their placement level in addition to their regular classes if they choose, but only if there is space in the class.)
  • For families: Each student will be billed the individual tuition rate until family maximum cap has been reached. ($310)
  • Payments may be made in person if by cash or check. Please make credit card payments through your online parent portal.
  • Payments may be mailed to: 331 Walker Drive, Suite 6, Warrenton, VA 20186 or dropped in our tuition box on the counter at the studio. If you require a receipt, please deliver payment to front desk staff directly. Do not mail cash payments. Please put any cash being placed into drop box at the studio into an envelope and mark student’s name on the envelope.
  • Prepayment discount options are available. If paying for the entire year session in advance (by check or cash only) you may take a 10% discount. Alternately, you may break the year session total into 2 payments, for a 5% discount on each (1st payment due upon registration and 2nd payment due by January 5th, 2017) if paid by cash or check.
  • Tuition is due the 1st class of every month. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis. Tuition rates will not change for months with fewer or more classes than other months (with the exception of August 2016 – which will be billed at ½ normal rate). Tuition must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the next month’s lessons. Payments made later than 30 days from due date will be assessed a $25 late fee. Payments made later than 60 days from due date will be assessed an additional $10 per 7 day period. There is a $35.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.
  • For students that enroll after the month begins, they will be charged $20 per class.
  • There are no refunds on tuition.
  • Tuition will be due unless a written withdrawal email is sent to the studio at least 7 days before the end of the month.
